We do not collect or store credit card or banking details. Payments are made via PayNow, PayLah, or bank transfer — processed directly through your own banking app.

• Managing your membership account and passcode
• Sending you promotional messages only if you have consented (e.g. by subscribing or asking to be notified)

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by Singapore law. Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting purposes.

1. About Us

Angel Belle & G is a Singapore-based beauty and wellness retailer and AI Social Commerce Studio. We sell products from RYX Skincerity, Volten Wellness, Zeevo, and Vinté Luxury. We also provide AI-powered social commerce content services to brands.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods: PayNow (UEN: 53406160E), PayLah, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (selected cases only).
• Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Delivery

• Singapore door-to-door delivery only. Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days.
• Free delivery on orders S$50 and above. A S$5 flat fee applies to orders below S$50.
• International orders are fulfilled via Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Promotional and flash deal items are non-refundable.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Approved returns will receive a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

5. Membership Program

• Membership is free to join. A minimum first order of S$100 (after discount) is required to activate your membership.
• Member passcodes are personal and must not be shared publicly.
• Member pricing tiers are based on per-order cart totals. Tiers do not carry over between separate orders.
• We reserve the right to revoke membership access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

6. AI Social Commerce Studio

• AI-generated content delivered is for the client's own commercial use only.
• We retain the right to use anonymised samples of work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delivery timelines (24–48 hours) are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and volume.
• Refunds for studio services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and AI-generated visuals — is the property of Angel Belle & G or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Angel Belle & G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
